Stone Drive access to Gibson Mill closed through August

KINGSPORT -- Stone Drive access to Gibson Mill Road will close Tuesday, July 6, 2010 to permit continuing construction of the new Gibson Mill Road, with completion scheduled for mid-August. Motorists are advised to use Clinchfield Street as the detour route, via Holston Valley Drive to Ravine Road to Cassel Drive and back onto Gibson Mill Road. In addition, only local traffic will be permitted into the Gibson Town area until construction is complete.
