Rascals is set to celebrate its’ 25th anniversary this month.  We are proud to commemorate Kingsport having the longest running teen center in the United States!  Rascals continues to provide a fun, safe, and drug-free environment for our youth to socialize and grow as individuals.

 

Currently, we offer services to youth in 5th & 6th grade.  We are open on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Friday’s, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., with an admission fee of $6 per person.  Also, we are co-sponsors of a monthly high school event thrown by teen sensation Julian Turner.

 

We will hold a celebration for the high school students, in conjunction with Julian Turner’s birthday and Valentine’s, on Saturday, February 11, from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.  Door prizes will be given away all evening!  On Friday, February 17, our 5th & 6th grade students will have free cake, chips, and door prizes.  We will also be giving away free t-shirts thanks to sponsorships from Eastman and Diamond Exchange.
