$15.5 million grading permit issued for Heritage Point at Tri-Cities Crossing

A $15.5 million grading permit was issued by the City of Kingsport for grading at Heritage Point at Tri-Cities Crossing, a planned retail development by Stewart Taylor.  

The site is strategically located at the crossroads of I-81 and I-26 at the center of the Tri-Cities market.  The I-26 corridor between Kingsport and Johnson City contains the region's fastest growing residential population with the highest disposable income.  Nearly 83,000 cars pass the site each day, which is 42% more than the next highest interstate site in the region.
